    PCB Design

    Lay out the board for manufacturability, size, and reliability in the field.

    Firmware Development

    Write the embedded software that runs the device and its communication protocol.

    Prototype Assembly

    Build a working unit to validate the design against real conditions.

    Functional Testing

    Verify sensors, connectivity, and power management perform as designed.

    Field Testing

    Test in the actual environment — on the animal, in the barn, or out on the range.

    Design Improvements

    Refine based on field data before locking the design for production.

    Prepare Gerbers, BOM, and pick-and-place files for a contract manufacturer.
